Canterbury Community Powers Record-Breaking Annual Fund

One of Canterbury’s great strengths has always been the steadfast dedication and generosity of the alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends who recognize the value of a Canterbury education. It is because of this community that the Canterbury Annual Fund set a new record in fiscal year 2025–2026, raising more than $2.18 million. This milestone represents the first year in the School’s history that the fund has surpassed $2 million. 

The Annual Fund is the School’s most important source of unrestricted support, providing critical resources for every department on campus. This fund sits at the foundation of everything that happens at Canterbury, from attracting and retaining inspiring faculty and enhancing facilities to empowering Saints to seize every opportunity throughout their Canterbury journey.

“The success of this year’s fundraising efforts is a testament to the extraordinary generosity of the Canterbury community and the deep belief our donors have in the School's mission,” says Chief Advancement Officer Tom Diascro. “Every gift, regardless of its size, gives us the flexibility to invest where it's needed most, expand what is possible, and enrich every aspect of life on campus.”

This record-setting achievement will have a lasting impact on Canterbury’s future, strengthening the School’s ability to invest in its people, programs, and campus and reflecting the community’s shared commitment to ensuring that today’s students—and those who follow—benefit from the formative experiences that happen every day on our hilltop.
