Lively CCNY Reception First of Many Around the Country

Nearly 50 Saints had big fun in the Big Apple when they met for Happy Hour at The Mayfly on Manhattan’s Lower East Side this past Tuesday. Hosted by the Canterbury Club of New York (CCNY), the event was happy indeed for the alumni who enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and great company at the New York City hotspot.

The spirited group of graduates, which included Society of Alumni President William “Macy” Steers, Jr. ’04 and CCNY President Elizabeth Dooley ’10, was unanimous in its gratitude for the opportunity to gather with classmates and friends. “Our event was an absolute blast! It was great to see both new and familiar faces of Canterbury alumni there,” said CCNY member Sarah Buckingham ’17. “I cannot wait for the next time we are able to get together!”
