Magnus Health Information for New Parents

For questions about Magnus Health or health services at Canterbury please contact:

Colleen Cook, R.N. ’12
Director of Health Services

The School Health Center, located in the Ingleside building on the west side of campus, is open daily and staffed by registered nurses who work closely with the School’s certified athletic trainers and guidance counselors. Our school doctor and medical director is Dr. Kenneth Marici, MD.

For the past three years, we have partnered with Magnus Health School Medical Records to provide a simple, safe, and secure way to collect and manage our student’s health information.

As a parent, or guardian, you will be able to access your child's Magnus account and enter his or her health history, emergency contact information, and insurance cards. You will also be able to download all of the School medical forms, and electronically sign needed permission forms.

Once you receive your access (coming Summer 2021), login to the School parent portal and access your student's Magnus Health account by clicking on the link to Magnus Health under the Portal Links section. Your User ID and password for Magnus are the same as the one that you use to login to your parent portal.

Once you have access to your student’s account, please start to complete the health requirements as soon as possible. August 1st is our target date for the completion, and submission of student medical information.

It is important to note that every student must meet the State of Connecticut immunization requirements, and must submit a physician’s report of a current, complete physical examination. Both forms are available to download and take to your youngster’s physician for completion.
