Magnus Health Information for Returning Parents

Your student’s Magnus Health medical record will need to be updated in preparation for the upcoming School Year.

Please login to the School parent portal and access your student's Magnus Health account by clicking on the link to Magnus Health under the Portal Links section. Your user id and password for Magnus are the same as the one that you use to login to your parent portal.

Once you have accessed the account, you can update the student’s health history, upload new or updated action plans, immunization records, physicals, and insurance cards. You will also need to electronically sign the Permission To Treat and Releases form.

Please remember that every student must have the report of a current complete physical examination on his or her health record before returning to school and participating in Canterbury athletics.

We understand that because of insurance constraints a student’s annual physical may need to be performed later in the school year. When that is the case, you will receive a reminder email one month before your student’s physical expires. A student will not be allowed to continue participating in athletics if his or her physical has expired (not performed within twelve months).

As always, August 1st is our target date for completion of the School medical requirements.
