A firsthand look at what it's like to live, learn and thrive as Saint, from academics to activities to the spirit of our hilltop community.

Before you officially begin your journey on the hilltop, we welcome you to join us for one of two Accepted Student Days.

This special event will give you and your family a chance to explore campus, meet our inspiring faculty, and enjoy insightful conversations with future classmates and friends. The School’s vibrant community is at the heart of what makes Canterbury special, and this immersive experience can help you envision daily life as a Saint.

Registration is now closed for Wednesday, April 1. If you would like to attend on Saturday, April 4, please call the Admission Office at 860-210-3832.

For Students

8:15 AM | Registration Opens
Check in, pick up your materials for the day, and enjoy a relaxed start as you meet members of the Admission team and other accepted families.

8:50 AM | Opening Remarks from Head of School Caroline Blatti
Hear from Mrs. Blatti about what makes Canterbury a special place to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.

9:00 AM | Student Voices Panel
Listen to current students talk about their experiences—classes, teams, friendships, and everyday life—and ask them your questions.

9:45 AM | Café Fuel-Up & Student Host Meet-Up
Grab a quick snack and connect with the student who will be your guide for the rest of the morning.

10:15 AM | Experience a Canterbury Class With Your Student Host
Step into a real class and see how students work with teachers and classmates to explore ideas and tackle challenges.

10:55 AM | Another Look Inside the Classroom With Your Student Host
Visit a second class to experience more of Canterbury's academics.

11:35 AM | Opportunities Fair: Teams, Clubs, Programs, & Student Resources
Meet coaches, club leaders, and program directors to see all the ways you can get involved on campus.

12:30 PM | Closing Fun & Lunch
Bring everyone back together for a fun wrap-up and lunch.

1:00 PM | Dorm Tours (optional)
Take an optional tour of a dorm to see where boarding students live and spend time together outside the classroom.

For Parents

8:15 AM | Registration Opens

8:50 AM | Opening Remarks from Head of School Caroline Blatti
Caroline will share her vision for Canterbury and speak about the values, priorities, and opportunities that shape the student experience.

9:00 AM | Student Voices Panel
A group of current students will share their perspectives on academics, friendships, activities, and life in the community, followed by an opportunity for families to ask questions.

9:45–11:30 AM | Canterbury Up Close: Rotating Sessions
Families will rotate through three 30-minute sessions designed to offer a closer look at key aspects of the Canterbury experience.

11:35 AM | Opportunities Fair: Teams, Clubs, Programs, & Student Resources
Meet coaches, faculty, and student leaders to explore the wide range of athletics, clubs, leadership opportunities, and academic resources available to Canterbury students.

12:00 PM | Coffee with the Head of School & Canterbury Parents
Parents are invited to join Caroline and current Canterbury parents for an informal conversation and the chance to ask questions about the Canterbury experience.

12:30 PM | Closing Fun & Lunch
The morning concludes with a lively closing gathering before families enjoy lunch together with members of the community.

1:00 PM | Dorm Tours (optional)
Families who wish to explore residential life are invited to take a guided tour of the dorms and learn more about the boarding experience.
